Do I need to have my own products?

No. We are ready and equipped. Chairs, mirrors, styling tools, makeup, lashes, professional styling products galore!!!

Do you come to my hotel room/residence?

Yes. We are 100% mobile. Please provide us with your temporary address (hotel room). Relax and wait. 

Please be willing to meet us at the elevator lobbies in case of "room card required" situations. 

Do I need to have my hair washed?

It depends. All blowouts will require washed hair (please use quality shampoo!). Wedding styles, glamorous curls and some night looks require a dry head of hair. If in doubt, shout! ... email us any questions or concerns you may have.

How long does a blowout take?

An average of 30 - 45 min. If it takes any longer, it's your right to kick your stylist in the tush.

Can I use my debit/credit card?

Does the pope wear a funny hat? Yes!

I have really long/curly hair...do you charge extra?

Never.

How many stylists come?

A stylist can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 services in a 2 hour time window. We book your stylists according to your appointment .

Can you style my clip in extensions?

Of course! It's $10 additional to apply, blend and style your clip in extensions.

Security Deposit terms

1. In order to hold a reservation, all parties of 2 or more will require a 30% security deposit.

2. All security deposits are non-refundable.

3. 100 % of security deposits will be applied toward final bill, or refunded if your party pays separately.

4. In the case of any cancellation of any member of the booked party, a portion of the security deposit may be withheld from being applied toward final bill.

5. All service cancellations from any party member must be done 5 days prior day of appointment, in order to not receive deposit penalty.
